1. Shipping Regions
We currently offer delivery to the following areas:

2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 working days after payment is received (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
During peak periods, severe weather, or special circumstances, processing time may be slightly longer. We will notify you as early as possible if delays occur.
3. Shipping Fee Calculation

Hong Kong: Free shipping on orders over HK$1000; otherwise HK$25 flat rate

Macau: Fixed fee of HK$50 or charged by weight

Taiwan: Calculated based on actual weight/volume (reference: Yamato / SF Express)

Mainland China: Calculated based on actual weight/volume
4. Shipping fees are automatically displayed on the checkout page, or you may contact customer service for a quote before placing your order.
5. Estimated Delivery Time

Hong Kong: 3-7 working days

Macau: 7-14 working days

Taiwan: 7-14 working days (depending on customs clearance)

Mainland China: 3-14 working days (depending on region and logistics)

6. Tracking Your Package
Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number. You can track it via:

※ If the package has not arrived after the estimated time, please contact us and we will assist with tracking.
7. Important Notes

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact phone number. Errors may cause delays or return of the package.

For cross-border orders, any import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, or other charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

If a package is returned due to recipient refusal, incorrect address, or prolonged non-collection, round-trip shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
