Terms and Conditions

Welcome to CDA HUB (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”, “the Platform” or “CDA HUB”) website (URL: www.cda-hub.net, hereinafter referred to as “the Website”) and related services. By browsing, registering, using, or purchasing products through the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“these Terms”).

  • The Website and services are provided only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and possess full legal capacity. If you are under 18, you must use the services under the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

  • All products, prices, descriptions, and images displayed on the Website are for reference only and constitute an invitation to treat, not an offer to sell. We reserve the right to change product prices, specifications, availability, and descriptions at any time without prior notice.

  • We strive to ensure the accuracy of information on the Website but do not guarantee that all information is completely error-free. In the event of obvious errors (including pricing errors), we reserve the right to reject or cancel the relevant order and will notify you accordingly.

2. Order and Contract Formation

  • When you submit an order and complete payment, this constitutes your offer to purchase from us.

  • A legally binding sales contract is only formed after we confirm and accept your order. We will send an order confirmation email.

  • We reserve the right to reject, cancel, or modify an order (in whole or in part) for any reason, including but not limited to insufficient stock, pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, etc. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you. If an order is cancelled, we will refund the paid amount using the original payment method (after deducting any incurred fees).

  • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned except in accordance with our refund policy.

3. Price and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and do not include shipping fees or any cross-border duties/taxes (see Delivery Policy for details).

  • Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, PayMe, FPS, AlipayHK.

  • Payments are processed by third-party payment platforms; we do not directly store your full credit card information.

  • In case of payment disputes or suspected fraud, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the order and retain the right to pursue legal action.

4. Delivery and Shipping

  • Delivery coverage, shipping fee calculation, processing time, estimated delivery period, tracking method, and related responsibilities are governed by our latest Delivery Policy.

  • Risk and title to the goods pass to you upon delivery to the designated address and signature by the recipient.

  • Please ensure that the delivery address and contact information provided are accurate and complete. Any delay, return, or additional costs caused by incorrect address, inability to contact, no one available to receive, etc., shall be borne by you.

  • For cross-border orders, any import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, etc., are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • Conditions, procedures, time limits, items not eligible for return, and refund methods are governed by our latest Refund Policy.

  • For quality issues (e.g., damaged goods, not as described), please provide photographic evidence as soon as possible after receipt (recommended within 3 days). We will prioritize such cases and may cover return shipping costs.

  • Shipping fees and handling fees are generally non-refundable unless the issue is our responsibility.

6. Product Information and Liability

  • We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions are accurate but do not guarantee that products are suitable for your particular purpose. You should assess suitability before purchase.

  • Once a product has been used, unsealed, or damaged (for reasons not related to quality), returns will not be accepted.

  • Our liability for products is limited to replacement or refund only. We are not liable for any indirect losses (e.g., loss of profits, inconvenience, etc.).

  • All content on the Website (including text, images, designs, trademarks, logos, etc.) is owned by us or our suppliers and protected by intellectual property laws.

  • The Website and services are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free access.

  • We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including but not limited to data loss, loss of profits) arising from use of the Website or services, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

9. Force Majeure

In the event of fire, flood, earthquake, storm, war, strike, government action, pandemic, logistics disruption, or any other event beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure”), we shall not be deemed in breach, and we may postpone performance or cancel affected orders without liability.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or refuse to provide services at any time, for any reason (including breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, etc.), without prior notice or liability.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

  • Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the Website/services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
