Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at our store!

Customers may request a return for any reason within 14 days from the date of purchase.

1. Scope of Returns/Refunds

• Except for the “Non-returnable items” listed below, you may apply for a return or refund within 7 days after receiving the product (based on the date of receipt/signature).

• The product must be unused, in brand-new condition, and include all original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice/order proof.

2. Non-returnable / Non-refundable Items (the following items cannot be returned or refunded)

• Customized / made-to-order products

• Any items damaged, stained, or worn due to customer’s personal actions or misuse

• Sale / promotional items marked with “No return” or “Final sale”

• Items returned after the 14-day inspection period has expired

3. Return Procedure
3.1. Please contact us via email at info@cda-asia.com within 7 days of receiving the goods.
3.2. Provide the following information:

• Order number

• Name and phone number

• Reason for return and photos of the item (especially if there are defects)

3.3. After receiving your request, we will reply within 2 working days and provide the return address and instructions.
3.4. Please return the item using a secure shipping method (registered mail or with tracking number is recommended). Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
3.5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, we will process the refund within 3–7 working days.

4. Refund Method

• Refund will be issued to the original payment method (credit card / PayMe / FPS / AlipayHK, etc.)

• If refund to the original payment method is not possible, we will use an alternative refund method.

• Shipping fees and handling fees are non-refundable.

5. Returns Due to Quality Issues
If the received product has obvious quality problems (e.g., damage, not as described), please provide photos as proof. We will handle these cases with priority and may cover the return shipping cost in some situations. Please contact us as soon as possible after receipt (ideally within 3 days).
